TERMS & CONDITIONS, RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation Conditions:
Bookings are only possible for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Information about available pitches and rooms will be provided by telephone. However, reservations will only be accepted and processed in writing or by email with a full address.
Once the reservation deposit has been received into our bank account, the reservation is binding for us (locations subject to change).
Cancellations:
If the reserved vacation period is not used or canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 3 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
Cancellation Protection:
With our cancellation protection, you do not need a deposit and can cancel your booking free of charge up until the day of arrival. Please note: Timely cancellation is required for insurance coverage. No-shows without prior notice will incur additional costs.
Important Information:
Extending your stay without prior agreement with reception is not permitted!
Waste separation: We separate our waste – please follow the rules.
Heaters: Electric heaters are prohibited on the campsite.
Electricity: All pitches have a 220V, 6-ampere electrical connection.
Arrival and Departure: Arrival from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., departure by 11 a.m.
Quiet hours: The campsite is closed to vehicles from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
