TERMS & CONDITIONS, RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Bookings are only possible for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Information about available pitches may be provided by telephone; however, reservations are only accepted and processed in writing or by e-mail and must include the guest’s full address.
Once the booking has been confirmed in writing and/or the reservation deposit has been credited to our bank account, the reservation becomes binding for both parties (subject to changes in pitch allocation).
Liability for Information Provided
The guest bears sole responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data and information submitted. The campsite assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the guest.
CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, 80% of the booked stay will be charged.
Exceptions apply to bookings made through distributors via Channel Manager.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Extending your stay independently without prior agreement with the reception is not permitted.
Waste separation: We separate our waste – please follow the applicable recycling rules.
Heating devices: The use of electric heating devices is prohibited on the campsite.
Electricity: All pitches are equipped with a 220 V / 6 Amp electricity connection.
Arrival and departure: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Quiet hours: From 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:45 a.m., the campsite is closed to vehicle traffic.
