TERMS & CONDITIONS, RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation conditions:
Bookings are only possible for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Information about available pitches and rooms can be provided by phone.
However, reservations are only accepted and processed in writing or by e-mail with full address details.
(Pitch changes reserved).
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, 80% of the booked stay will be charged.
Important information:
Extending your stay independently without prior agreement with the reception is not permitted!
Waste separation: We separate our waste – please follow the rules.
Heating devices: Electric heaters are not permitted on the campsite.
Electricity: All pitches are equipped with a 220 V and 6 amp power connection.
Arrival/departure: Arrival from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, departure by 11:00 am.
Quiet hours: From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 7:45 am, the campsite is closed to vehicles.
